Cognitive Behavioural Coaching(CBC)
Clinical guidelines suggest that CBT be considered where anxiety and low mood are experienced as a result of menopause. The extent to which you may require this psychological treatment very much depends upon your individual experiences, and so a brief free consultation is provided in the first instance. You will also be asked to complete short questionnaires that measure the extent of your symptoms of low mood and anxiety. Topics include the personal, social, and physical implications of this change, delivered over three to four sessions by experienced CBT therapists with personal experience of menopause.
