Oban CBT Clinic prides itself on offering evidence-based, realistic and relevant treatment for

problems such as low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, work-related stress, insomnia, pain management and long-term conditions.

Treatment can be brief, as with Single-Session Intensive CBT, CBT-informed Counselling,

or an evidence-based treatment programme spanning a period of several weeks, typically between five and twelve sessions.

Sessions follow established protocols making interventions as effective as possible, but we work with clients to create a

personalised treatment plan that meets individuals’ goals. CBT is done with individuals, not to individuals - collaboration is key.

We also deliver CBT for children and adolescents, in particular our Worried Kids programme.
