covid-19
procedures to keep
everyone safe
With everyone’s safety in mind, and following all guidelines and requirements,
we are taking bookings for face to face sessions over the coming weeks and
months but predominantly offering remote video sessions.
Availability is restricted to enable us to conduct robust cleaning and air purification
between appointments. There are comprehensive measures in place and we ask that
people respect these at all times as we play our part in keeping Scotland safe.
Obviously all plans may be subject to rapid change; we will continuously
review advice, and ask all visitors to do the same.
Prior to attending an appointment, clients are sent a self-screening
questionnaire to support the Track and Trace procedures.
Providing no symptoms are present, appointments can be conducted on a
face to face basis providing the following rules are adhered to:
•
face coverings must be worn by everyone entering the
premises until they are seated in the clinic room
•
hand sanitiser must be used on entering and leaving
•
any movement beyond the sneeze screens and within the
minimum 2-metre social-distance ruling must be brief
and face coverings must be worn at all times.
Thank you for your co-operation.
