CBT is a well-established and researched psychological treatment for many common mental health issues as well as a growing field of evidence for its application to physical health problems and condition management.  However, for varied reasons, many people do not want to or indeed need to engage in a formal treatment plan.  CBT-informed counselling provides a framework for considering life’s challenges.  We offer a warm and non-judgemental space, led by what matters to you.  Sessions are booked as stand-alone appointments, are semi-structured, and explore tools and strategies  to nudge you forward towards more contentment and happiness.  Sometimes just sharing and processing our experiences with an independent person can be helpful in itself.
